Bridges are built to span obstacles. While seemingly passive and often graceful, bridges are always purposeful in promoting activity. Bridges connect. They transport. They offer possibilities. They afford new choices and allow new perspectives. Building bridges requires experience, effort, and time. At Rumford Coaching the intention is to help each client build the necessary bridges to arrive at the future they desire.

Over decades of experience leading and working with people; I have learned that it is within interpersonal dynamics that I find life’s most interesting puzzles and solutions. Coaching allows me to use my accumulated strengths and knowledge to help other leaders and professionals explore their challenges and unlock more potential for their satisfaction and success.

I view coaching as an ongoing conversation that is 100% about the needs and goals of my client. Done well, coaching provides an opportunity for each client to develop a better plan for the future that brings more meaning, opportunity and satisfaction to their work and life.
